We encourage all students to take advantage of the student support services that are included with your course at no extra charge: You will write a final examination that counts as your final grade. As well, select courses offer classroom and online lectures. As well, the courses, examinations, and their administration of the course and examination can change at any time due to regulatory, legislative, and/or administrative requirements.ĭuring your studies, if you need help, you can receive tutorial assistance by email or telephone (all courses). Therefore, you need to view the Course Bulletins that are posted on the Course Resources webpage as testable materials can be added to the course at any time. Students are responsible for any changes in course material occurring after their initial course registration. If you do not successfully complete the examination within two years after completing your assignments or after your second examination attempt, you will be required to re enroll in the course. As well, you must successfully complete your course examination within two years after completing the course assignments, and in no more than two attempts. Multiple Choice assignments may be submitted on a pace that is no greater than 2 assignments per week, beginning on the Course Registration Date, regardless of how many assignments have been submitted in prior weeks. Keep in mind that you must submit all assignments within one year from your date of initial registration in the course. Assignments can be submitted on the Real Estate Division's website (multiple choice assignments only) or by email (Broker's written assignments only). In your Course Workbook, you will be assigned readings and then directed to submit a series of assignments based on these materials. These videos have been designed to assist you with a variety of topics, including distance education, course administration and the examination. This Student Handbook is intended to serve as an introduction to the Real Estate Division for new students and as a refresher for returning students.
