Coco instructed me to send her a text listing the products (11) that I needed and she would bring this matter to Romeo's attention, upon his return to the states. "How do I get ahold of you?" Frustrated in not receiving any response, on October 8, 2020, I called the main number for Forever Flawless and talked to Coco and explained that I could not get Romeo to respond to my requests for products. In my September 28, 2020, text to Romeo I told him that I had tried calling him, but always got the message that his phone's voice mail had not been set up. My messages always indicated that the texts were delivered. In my September 18, 2020, text, because I was not hearing anything and had only received 1 year's worth of products ($5,060.00), I stated that I wanted to be refunded for the 2 remaining years of unused products ($10,120.00). September 10, 2020, and September 18, 2020, indicating that I was out of 11 products, but I never received an acknowledgement that he received my texts. I sent texts to Romeo on July 31, 2020, August 26, 2020. I asked Romeo how to order products when I ran out, and he told me to send him a text. About 2 weeks later Romeo sent me a box of the remaining products due me. (He caught me at a weak time and I am embarrassed and ashamed that I fell for this scheme.) Romeo sent the daily cleansing and cream products along with me at that time. I was out of state and told Romeo that I would Federal Express the check to him. I agreed to send a check for the remaining $10,681.00. He successfully charged $4,500.00 on the second card that I gave him. I told Romeo that I could not get approval from my bank because it was closed. Upon selling me the $15,181 package, Romeo took my first credit card and it was declined. I told him more than once that I could not afford the products. They told me to be sure to be there at 11:00-NO LATER! They offered to get me a uber so that I could proceed with the facial at that time. When I got there, I indicated that I had someone waiting for me and that there would be no time for a facial.
